The main part will be the real estate, including building and tanks located at 4199 NE 7100, Andrews, Texas 79714.  The property consists of 125 acres, +/-.  Property is not fenced but has a double wide gate and dirt/graveled roadways. The steel building is approx. 7,725 sq. ft. (75 ft. x 103 ft.)  with an electrical /break room inside. Building is wired for heavy 480V-3PH electric.  No office space in the building. There are (4) overhead doors & a walk-thru door.  (2) water wells are located on the property.  Paved county road on two sides. Steel storage/process tanks include (6) 500 BBL vertical tanks, (8) 400 BBL vertical tanks, & (7) 500 BBL horizontal tanks.

The second part, being offered separately are (2) XOS chlorine analyzer bench units w/digital intuitive touchscreens, including (1) M# HD MAXINE MULTI-ELEMENT XRF ANALYZER & (1) M# CLORA M-SERIES TOTAL CHLORINE ANALYSIS.

From Andrews, Tx (Andrews is approx. 45 minutes north of Odessa, Tx):  Take E. State Hwy 115 east approx. 5 miles to FM 1788 Rd (aka Telephone Rd). Go north approx. 5 miles on FM 1788 to NE 7100 Rd (aka Nolley Lane).  Go west ¼ mile on 7100 rd to gate on North side of road that enters the property.
